Shiyamali Paranirupasingam, the founder of the award-winning pearl jewelry brand L'Amour Pearls, skillfully melds her diverse experiences - from a decade-long career in digital technology across the UK and Canada to a multicultural upbringing spanning three continents. Fueled by her passion for pearls, gemstones and creativity, Shiyamali established L'Amour Pearls. As a fervent advocate for diversity, inclusion and equity in the AI field, Shiyamali's exceptional efforts have garnered well-deserved recognition, She was honored as one of Top 100 Women Advancing AI Worldwide in 2023 and Top 25 Women in AI Canada 2022 by Re.Works. Additionally, Shiyamali serves on the board of directors at the University of Toronto Alumni Association.
