Joanna is the first female and EMEA President of International Grown Diamond Association (The IGDA) - representing the global interests of the created diamond community. Joanna is a passionate advocated for laboratory grown diamonds and is dedicated to their honest, accurate and balanced disclosure to enable an informed consumer choice. Formerly with De Beers and also the management consultancy Accenture, Joanna is a vocal contributor to the laboratory grown diamond community of practice. In her work, she celebrates all diamonds and the consumer's right to choose the right diamond for their own budget, values and lifestyle.
