Experience – Started employment as apprenticeship within the casting shop at Merrell Casting, became production manager at the age of 25. Promoted to Operations Manager at 30. Became managing director in 2007 and went to university for 5 years to achieve MBA. Responsible for the short-, medium- and long-term strategic direction of Hockley Mint. Responsible for over 90 staff. Current President of the National Association of Jewellers, Warden of the Birmingham Assay Office, Director of the British Allied Trades Federation, Trustee of The Benevolent Society and in spare time Vice-Chair of Martley Parish Council.
