With over 35 years’ experience within the jewellery trade, Andrew is recognised as a true thought leader within the industry. As Managing Director of the Weston Beamor Group, Andrew leads the senior management team of both businesses within the group: Domino Jewellery and Weston Beamor. Since joining in 2008, Andrew has successfully grown the Group’s business both nationally and internationally. Andrew is a positive, enthusiastic and strategic Managing Director who drives the development and implementation of the group’s growth strategy, identifying business expansion opportunities. An enthusiastic advocate and champion of UK manufacturing, Andrew has overseen the implementation of major process improvements, including physical restructuring of the production floor to deliver cellular manufacturing efficiencies. Andrew has also led the focus on increasing the percentage of product produced in Birmingham for Domino Jewellery, enhancing the companies offering for their retailers.
